We are a high volume shipper with deep discounts and we pass the savings on to you! We ship your order as quickly as possible, most often on the same day we receive it. We will only ship to the US credit card or PayPal confirmed billing address.

All orders over $250.00 will require a signature at delivery.

Return Policy

United States and US Off shore Customers

We offer a 30 day return policy on all jewelry and watches. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will provide one of the following:
• We will exchange the item for one of equal or greater value.
• We will refund your purchase price less a 5% restock fee.
• We will offer a replacement item.
• We will provide a full refund if the watch proves to be mechanically defective.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us to obtain your Return Authorization Number at 602-278-5966 or Service@inventoryadjusters.com

2. Return your watch, with tags and a copy of the invoice receipt, via insured, traceable delivery within 30 days of the date it was delivered. The insurance amount must be equal to the price paid for the item.

Inventory Adjusters will determine the appropriate action upon receipt of the item. In order to be considered for a full refund, our tags must not have been removed from the item. For all returns, all links, boxes, and manuals must be included with the return.

Once a return has been approved, we will process your refund in the same manner as payment was made. Refund will be credited within one business day.

International Customers

On items shipped to any address outside the United States, all sales are final and cannot be returned. We will still provide full warranty support if needed.
